How it Works

Our HIIT based functional workouts are designed to meet you where you're at and challenge you at your maximum effort. The high intensity, while burning a ton of calories also maximizes the "afterburn effect", while the strength training promotes lean muscle growth to boost your metabolism. 

Your coach will demonstrate the exercises before each block of the workout and then walk around to answer any questions and make sure everyone is using proper form. The workouts are 45 minutes long followed by a stretch. The goal for each workout is to hit 130+ "Trophy" (effort) Points to maximize EPOC aka the afterburn effect.

At the end of each workout, you'll get an email detailing your stats, time in each zone, "Trophy Points" earned and total calories burned.

Although your heart rate will definitely get up there, the focus of this workout is strength training. You'll likely focus on fewer reps with heavier weights

in this one.

The BUILD COMBO is a favorite with members as it's a great mix of strength training and treadmill intervals. The cardio is done is short bursts, so even those who aren't a fan of running love this workout.

This one is a butt-kicker, mixing the intense cardio of a boxing workout with the strength training of the BUILD workouts.
