MEET YOUR Coaches
At REGYMEN Fitness, we pride ourselves on providing the best of the best in the industry! All of our coaches are not only certified personal and group fitness trainers, but also had to undergo a thorough training through the Regymen program.
Originally from Long Beach, CA he moved to Baton Rouge when he was 6 years-old, so yeah, he's an LSU fan.
He wrestled in high school, but admittedly struggled, so he started lifting weights and that's where his passion for health and fitness began. He later went on to coach at our studio in Baton Rouge for several years before joining our team here in Austin.
Born and raised in the Austin area, Tyson has been a lifelong athlete, running track and playing football in both high school and college.
With over a decade in the fitness industry and after coaching over 10,000 workouts, he stumbled across a Regymen studio while visiting Pensacola, FL and was hooked. He was determined to bring the Regymen experience to his hometown and here we are.
Originally from Chicago, Caitlin played volleyball at Western Carolina University where she graduated with a degree in elementary education. She was a lefty outside hitter on the court, which makes sense cuz she's super frickin tall. As a lifelong athlete with a passion for teaching, she turned to a career in fitness after graduating and soon after, ran one of the original Regymen studios in Baton Rouge.
Coach Norman comes to us from the great state of Louisiana where he was the former head coach at our sister studio in the Ascension Parish of Baton Rouge.
A self-proclaimed "skinny kid" growing up, he stumbled upon an ad for Charles Atlas' Body Weight training program in the back of a comic book and started working out every day after school. He soon after became obsessed with powerlifting.
Nathallie is so much more than just a coach with a weirdly spelled name. She's the mother to two amazing girls and a big baby named, "Tyson".
Prior to Regymen, Nathallie was
a collegiate soccer star at University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where she got her degree in exercise physiology. She later
did her post-grad work as the assistant strength and conditioning coach with the women's soccer team at her alma mater.
